In serious need of a new challenge

I need a new challenge, guys!
I haven't really been able to get in with any of the current ones so I think I want to start my own!
Anyone with me?
I FINALLY have a computer at home so it'll be alot easier for me now lol.
So here it is. We'll call this the... One month challenge!
We'll take one month at a time and choose how much weight we want to lose in that one month.
My goal is 8 lbs. (AH!, I dunno if I can do that! :blushing: )
We'll have mini-challenges like fitness challenges and weekend challenges!
So here are my stats:
As of July 1st: 180 lbs
Goal for August 1st: 172 lbs
What we'll do is challenge each other to certain things "50 sit ups a day for 3 days straight" or whatever and then everyone has to try to meet the goal and we'll post about it. We'll do one fitness challenge a week and a weekend challenge every weekend.
I'm so excited!

I'm in!!! I'll set my goal at 8 pounds too. I am 186 today...
As for the staying within our calories for the whole weekend, THAT is a challenge for me for sure! I always screw up on the weekends and this is just what I need!!!!!

Im in! I like the idea of different challenges set up. We can each take turns.
Just logging this weekend is gonna be a great goal for me. I plan to stay in the limits adn get some exercise in.

i'm in! i'm going to aim at 6 pounds by the end of the month - i'm not sure i can do 8.
my own personal challenge for this holiday weekend is to exercise every day. that keeps me a little more mindful of what i eat!0 -

Is the weekend over YET??? I had a cheeseburger AND a CHOCOLATE cupcake...man, was I sweatin' bullets while logging my calories BUT I have 73 left...so not all is lost! Shew!:explode:0

I went over by 235 on the 4th but I didnt log the 5 hrs we walked around the carnival carrying a 1 yr old. So I figure it baout evens out...lol0

Oh I want in.... My Daughter 1st birthday in on August 1st. I have 15lbs to lose. I know its a lot but I want to be as close as possible. I have lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks. So I know its possible. I haven't exercised in a week so my goal is to walk 10 miles this week and jog 2 miles 12 miles total this week.0

How's everyone doing so far???
Getting thru the weekend without going over my calories is a HUGE accomplishment for me...I know it's just Saturday but I've usually SPLURGED big time by now! hehehe

today I was 128.5
in 4 weeks I would like to be at 1220 -
I didnt do so good today. 600 over...sigh The fam is here and my mom wanted chinese buffet. so here we are...I havent gotten to go running either because my DH wont get up with the baby for some reason this weekend and it is too hot here after about 8.0

Didn't do well at all. I was away the whole weekend beginning Thursday night, we went camping/fishing, had to way to count calories or log in much. I just tried to do ok. I will weigh tomorrow and see what damage I have done. I'm anxious for this weeks challenge. I wonder what it will be??? :huh:0
