NFP New Girl!

Hi guys!

My name is Mandie, and I'm 23 years old. Starting on Monday July 8th, I'll be starting my journey to fitness. I'll be on a 1425 calorie a day diet, with 5 days of exercise (90min workouts) per day.

Starting weight is 252, and I have a goal weight of 165!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Let me know. :)

    Eat less and move more! I've found that it's that simple, at least early on. Ohh, and supportive friends here also helps a lot too. Feel free to add me if you like. Good luck!

    Hey Mandie! I joined the site about three weeks ago and find that the best trick is staying positive, even when you consume DOUBLE your calorie goal (the first week was a rude awakening). July 8th will be a wonderful day. : ) -Chrissy
