    I just cleaned my friends list up. I am tired of the people that only log for a month then leave or aren't motivating at all. I have also had the odd "friend" that is just looking for an abundance of friends yet do not comment on anyones posts.

    Anyone here for the right reason, feel free to add me :)

    Just turned 40 and battling the middle age spread lol! I'm married with 3 sons aged between 7-14. I lost 4 stone last year but have since gained over a stone and am desperately in need of inspiration! Please add me, I only have one friend!
