365 days logged in.....who would've thought? Not me

A bit over a year ago I joined Mfp. I've lost about 46kg (101 pounds) since then and not finished yet. No progress photos ....yet.
But I want to say to anyone starting out to just give this a shot, don't be too hard on yourself and you will be amazed at yourself in just a few months.
When I joined I was NOT all gung ho and enthusiastic. In fact, quite the reverse. I had accepted being massively overweight. The good angel on my shoulder dragged me kicking and screaming to Mfp, while I really felt totally defeated after years of trying and failing.
After 3 months I remember looking at myself in the mirror and thinking.....what if I kept on logging for a year, what would I be like? There was a glimmer of hope.
Never give up, take note of the successful MFP's and listen to them. Work out what works for you, that may take a while with a few wrong turn. Keep logging and good luck
