Workout dvd's

How can i tell if i'm doing a "general" Aerobics workout or a "high impact" Aerobics workout ? I noticed that in the exercise database there is no categories for workout dvd's .

I'd say get a heart rate monitor and then log whatever the DVD is with calories burned from reading the heart rate monitor. And your intensity with a workout can make anything high impact. Good luck.

honestly, no matter how much you're dying and sweating during your workout i would put general because MFP overestimates so much on calories burned.
your best bet is to get a HRM so you can know much more accurately
