300 JUMPING JACKS!

300 is a lot! Break them up if you need to!

    I would like to try to get this in, but I am not sure I will be able to. I just don't know how I would explain why I am doing jumping jacks instead of working! But I will work on it throughout the day and see how many I can achieve!

    I am in.

    For those who are at work I usually do sets of 10 throughout the day of whatever exercise she posts. You'd be surprised how many you can accomplish on your breaks. I may not always get them all in, but at least I am moving throughout the day.
