C25K - Question for you

Started week 8 of C25K, really had to push myself the last few minutes. Has anyone ever repeated the weeks until it came easier? Just wondering.

    Ye, I've repeated the weeks before. I also mixed up the last few weeks i.e the 2nd run of week 8 was 25 mins, with the other 2 being 28, so that I could manage the longer runs better. Just do what feels right for your body.

    I am just starting C25K again (2nd attempt) and am going in planning to repeat weeks right from the start. I'm hoping to be able to stick with it this time because week 4 killed me on my last try and I quit entirely. Good luck!! :smile:

    Yes, it's ok to repeat weeks. My only advice is to at least try the next week first.

    I've coached a learn to run program for the last 3 years and every week my group thinks they can't do it and every week, they do.

    I felt like it moved way roo fast toward the middle and I repeated quite a few weeks until I felt I'd made some improvements. No sense moving forward and having to quit halfway through a workout.
