I am new here. LS disappeared! I am not very computer literate. My old name used to be russage. I was over 350 pounds when I started on a diet. It was the day after I retired (November 1, 2012). I didn't have a scale Until the end of April. I now weigh 281.2 pounds. I find it very helpful to track what I eat.

This sight has been useful to me. I checked out velveeta mac n cheese last night and was stunned by how many calories.... Logging your food really does make you more aware. I think you already have had an amazing weight loss. I weigh about 259. My ticker says I've lost 8 pounds but really more like 30. Keep up the good work.0
