low calorie breads

HELP! It's been awhile since I've dieted and I cannot find the lite breads that used to be on the market. Any suggestions?

I found some pita bread pockets that I really like at Kroger: Brownberry's Pocket Thins Flatbread. It's got two kinds that I'm aware of, Italian Herb and 8 Grain. I like both, and they're 100 calories per serving (half a pita pocket).
