Hello everyone! I'm new here (well sort of, I realized I made an account two years ago and promptly forgot about it...) and I just wanted to run this by the more experienced folks.

Stats:
Female
26 yrs old
5'6"
CW: 150lb
GW: 130lb (Although, I'm not as concerned with weight as I am with inches.)
Current measurements: 36-27-39
TDEE -20% = 1550 (So, aim for 1500-1600 a day? Plus whatever I use for working out, of course.)

Basically, I am starting a gym membership this weekend, and my goal is to tone up and do mostly strength training with some cardio for fun. (Lol, fun?)

How does this sound so far, and any recommendations?

If you are getting a gym membership, look into a trainer. My gym offered a free trainer for a limited time; after that I'd have had to pay extra. It really is nice to get personal advice from an experienced person.

I will definitely check if the Personal Trainers are something I can afford! ^_^

I think she calculated her TDEE on sedentary since it's only slightly above her BMR. In this case, she would eat her exercise calories back.
