So I have lost the weight I wanted to so I started to tone. I weightlift and do cardio at least 6 days a week. I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1450 but I'm not sure that's enough. I haven't lost any weight or gained any weight. My workouts I burn at least 600 to 1000 each time. So just looking for help on how much I should be eating. I don't want to gain weight but I want to gain muscule. Please help.

If you are at your goal weight, and want to build muscle, you need to eat at or above your caloric intake. Will you gain weight? Yes. Will you be healthier? Yes. Figure out your TDEE and eat that many calories a day, at least. Mine is about 2700 calories. I am eating 2700-3000 a day. Will I gain a little bit of fat? Yes. A little, but if I am unhappy with my weight/gut I will simply start cutting again. Easy as that.0

Thanks! I take that as a very high compliment. Of course, it was even funnier when I was fat and ate a bunch of donuts :P0
