What do you think of my new workout routine?

Okay so my new routine is one day go running and walking in the morning for 30 minutes and come home and do 50 Dumbbell Side bents.
The next day do Reps of Squats with my dumbbells and then in the afternoon like at 4:00pm go running.
So basically switching it up everyday I'm also eating very healthy so that I can get rid of my belly fat and of course doing the side bents.
I'll only treat myself once a week and I don't think that having a break day of a work out exist to me so yeah.

I think it's a great starting point. Have you thought about getting a Heart Rate Monitor? Sometimes, workouts get too easy and stop working because you've raised your game and they're no longer challenging your body. It's like how that walk around the block used to get you winded... but now you don't break a sweat. (Which is probably why some people were saying that walking isn't exercise... for some people, it is! That's because it raises their heart rate!) You can challenge yourself by adjusting your pace to keep your heart rate in a good zone.
Anyways, anything to keep the body moving. Sometimes, I forget that gardening and cleaning the house is exercise, too. Keep it up!0 -
This is markedly better than the first idea but could still use a bit of tweaking. Do you have a smart phone? If so, there is an app call you are your own Gym that will help you with a good body weight program. You can also go to YouTube and do some zuska light workouts.0

Should I take Saturday and Sunday off of working out?0 -
I would just pick a day. I usually do Sunday, unless I miss a workout earlier in the week. If you're feeling run down, it wouldn't hurt to take 2 if you feel you need it. You can walk or do some light yoga or stretching. It was also suggested to me by a trusted source here that I should take a one week exercise break every 3 months just to give the central nervous system a break. You could walk during that time, it's not just an excuse to sit on your butt for a week.0

Nike Training club is AWESOME!!! I do the classes at the gym but there is a FREE, yes, FREE app for your phone/ipad. Check it out. I didn't want to pay for a trainer so I do this, mixed with my normal running and I am already seeing results.0

I was going to do this after I finished NROLFW next week. I haven't really looked at the app in detail, but I'm hoping there's progressive strength on it.0
