Loving MFP

Have been on since June 11th. Seeing the numbers of clories, breakdown in fats, carbs, sugars etc, and calories burned has made all the difference for me. I love the way I see if I go over my calories its off to the treadmill or around the block. Thanks to eliserr for showing me this program :-). I have lost 6 lbs 202 down to 196.
