Walmart and bras -- yes, I buy mine there, or used to (I like the 100% cotton Hanes and Fruit of the Loom)

Here's my rant: I have never, ever, ever needed (or wanted) to wear a padded bra. I've NEVER needed a padded bra. (yes deliberate repeat) I DO not like the way the fit or feel or wash or fold.

When I went to buy that new bra today at Walmart there was not a single 'regular' bra to be found. Rows and Rows and stacks and shelves of nothing but padded bras, in all sorts of shapes and sizes... even some 'sports' bras, but no plain ol' cotton and underwire bras... *grumble* *grumble* *grumble* *grumble*

    Here's my rant:

    Why can't people not be lazy. I overheard this conversation the other day in which a mother told her son that he would be so proud of his brother. He was told to get off his butt and take care of himself (sounds great right, WRONG) Then she said, he got him self up and busted his butt all the way to the welfare office and now he's got a steady paycheck coming in.

    She was proud of him making it across town to the welface office. ACROSS TOWN! She was proud that he is on welfare. ON WELFARE! And these people are allowed to reproduce. Unfortunately you can't really be mad at the kid (adult) at this point. You know it's been driven into his head that this is a normal way of life.

    Ok, next rant...

    also have you tried looking near the singlets/sleepwear? We don't have Walmart but sometimes department stores have free form bras in that area

    Bras. Upset because I bought 3 from lane Bryant in Feb. Needed smaller size in April. Went to dillards. And again now. So I too buy mine from walmart. A little small in cup but much better than big and oh so much cheaper. Will buy better ones when I lose more weight. I also have hard time finding molded. Most just plain cotton underside. We need to switch walmarts.

    I used to buy very expensive bras from JCPenney, then the company stopped making 'that type' took me years to find another type of one that I really liked...and now *they* are becoming no more.

    Try Kohl's for bras , if you have them. THey have Bali bras that are unpadded. I am with you! hate the padded things!

    Both, but mostly that they are proud of him for going on welfare.
