Adding strenght training to my routine.

Hello! I need some advice on what to do for strength training. I would love to start but have no idea how. I have never done it so I would love to start slow. Suggestions please?

    im halfway through the New Rules of Lifting for Women workout and love it-- at the very least its a really informative read. buy it on amazon and give it a try :)
