I also really like Elliot Hulse on YouTube, he has great strength training videos and is a really good deadlifter too.

+1 for elliot, he does have some good deadlifting videos. Also icecreamfitness did some critique videos on peoples form recently, including a few deadlifting ones.

Also going to chime in to be careful with the deadlifts and adjusting your form, im still recovering from a herniated disc because of my own stupidness with deadlifts.
