What are you goals for July??

Today I just started a new program and I'm driven by short term goals. So my goal for this month is to do all of my scheduled workouts and stick with the nutrition with absolutely no cheat meals/days. What are your goals??

    32 push ups every day!
    (34 on Saturdays)

That would equal 1,000 push-ups in the month of July!!

To focus on toning my arms so they don't flap in the wind when I go on vacation.

    Remain Awesome.

... and pick up a new running drill, too. I guess that counts as a goal.

No cheat days in July and to stick to stronglifts 5 x 5 for the entire month of 3x per week.

Well.. ACTUALLY.... They are "girly" push-ups. Meaning, knees on the mat, and feet in the air!
Maybe by the end of July, I'll be able to do a "REAL" push-up!

Thanks for asking! I think I'll wrap up the 30-day squat challenge. I'll drop back to 50 squats/day and add back in yoga. I may be able to work my way from 15 minutes/day to 1 hour or more/day by the end of the month.

Whew, I don't feel half as bad now  . I can do modified pushups, just not 32 in a row! You'll be my source of inspiration and I'll attempt to do 30 modified pushups over the course of the day. (Once I get over this nasty cold)
