my name's Kimi, i'm 22. i joined here a long time ago but never really used it... but now i'm planning to change that and keep myself motivated to get healthy.

i've been overweight since i was about 16 and it's only got worse and i've had more health issues crop up (i wont go into that here but it's all listed on my profile). i'm tired of being unhealthy in so many ways, the health issues are bad enough on their own without adding this weight to it all.

i pushed myself too hard whenever i tried in the past but now i need to take things at my own pace rather than expecting so much from myself when i know i'm not capable of as much as i seem to think i am sometimes.

so mm, yeah that's me i guess :)

    It is so much more attainable when you go at your own pace, and it becomes more of a lifestyle then a diet. You have the right mindset, and that is half the battle!!!:)
