Good Sugars vs Bad Sugars?

With the summer season, I can't resist indulging in all the wonderful fruits available right now. When doing so, however, I find that my sugar levels (on the tracking system) go off the charts. Is this something that I should be concerned about? Since I'm eating raw fruits and not processed refined sugars are these levels okay?

Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    sugar = sugar

    Having said that, fruit contains nutrients in addition to sugar, making them a healthier choice than sweets that have no micronutrients.

    There is no good or bad... sugars are sugars. Sugars are nothing but carbohydrates. Yes, there are differences in how fast they are being absorbed vs other type of carbs and what other useful nutrients you get by them, and refined sugar is just an empty calories without any benefit to you, unlike sugars from fruits, but they are not bad. They are just waste of space/calories.

    You should not worry about sugar levels, in my opinion, unless you have some kind of blood sugar problems or any other healthy problems what may harm you by doing that. If you don't then just ate your fruits, and ate your chocolate. Just make sure you count calories and you will be fine.
