Are you trying to get under 300 and almost there?

As of last Tuesday, I weighed approx 309. In the winter, I was down to 301! I keep getting ALMOST under 300 and then I bounce back up. Anyone else in my shoes? I am kind of coasting right now, but plan to put forth great effort again beginning Monday (aren't Monday's great for starting over?LOL). Anyone with me? Maybe a buddy would help me get it done.

I started at 305 on august 4th.... down to 295.... You can do it. just eat healthy and exercise. I have been exercising 5 days a week with cardio and weights every other day.
My weight has been bouncing around the last week also between 3lbs.0
