So, what did you eat today?
Assuming you celebrate the American Independence day and all.
I had 1 pork spare rib, half a ribeye steak, collard greens, baked mac and cheese, baked beans, 1 deviled egg, and potato salad. Somehow I'm still under my goal, so I think a big pecan chocolate chip cookie and some vanilla ice cream is in order.
Oh and water. Gotta keep it light, you know?

For 4th of July lunch/dinner I had BBQ ribs, corn, cornbread, chicken, brisket, and cole slaw. Watching my portions was hard, but I managed to keep it under 750 cals. Tasted great - YUM!0

Lunch was a grilled hot dog with ketchup and mustard -- and we would have chips, but we didn't have any so we ate carrots w/fat free ranch. And beer of course.
Dinner was seared/roasted pork chops and green beans. Probably going to have another beer and maybe some s'mores. I've behaved decently, surprisingly -- happy fourth everyone!
I also burned almost 300 cals -- Still have over 400 left for the day.0 -
