How many Calories to Eat?!

I truly have no idea how many calories I should be eating!
Some people say not to eat any less than 1200...which is what my limit is, and sometimes I don't eat 1200 calories, a day not even including deficit from going to the gym. I just recently bumped up to 1300 because I feel hungrier after strenuous workouts, and the lack of healthier food options at my moms house. Using calorie calculators I'm always recommended to eat 1800-2000 calories but I feel like that's a lot and I won't lose any weight that way?

And I go to the gym 4-5 sometimes 6 days a week for roughly 1hr 30mins
Goal weight is 155-160

Go online and type n Calorie Calculator in a search. When I typed n ur info it said 1500 to lose 2 lbs a week and 2000 to lose 1 lb a week. Check them out n that should give u a guide line to what it kinda should b. there not going b 100% accurate but to give u a idea. Hope that helped some.0

Actually you have an excellent idea of how many calories you should be eating. It's between 1800-2000 a day. You just didn't like the answer. That is the starting point to figuring it out. I suspect you are exercising a bit more than you let on. But, be that as it may that is your starting point and unless you get a thyroid test and possibly other tests to show there is some reason you should eat less that is where you should begin. Eat that weigh yourself once a week and if you are losing a pound a week at 2000 that is exactly how many you should be eating. You don't have much to lose and it might even be less than what your stats indicate. Have a BF% test done at the gym, if you are already at 25% that is healthy and you shouldn't be aggressive at all about losing pounds. You should focus more on fitness training and eventually you will get smaller even if the scale moves slowly.0
