Hi everyone. I'm using whey protein as a supplement for exercise. I include it in my calorie allowance (let's say it's 1300, it's included in that 1300) and don't have the full scoop (just 1/2). Will this still make me gain weight? Should I just go without it? Is there something better?

I'm using it in my program currently. I just started so I have no data about outcomes yet.

No if you eat within your allocated calories you wont gain weight plus the protein will help you repair, retain the muscles you worked hard for.
