Whey Protein

Hi everyone. I'm using whey protein as a supplement for exercise. I include it in my calorie allowance (let's say it's 1300, it's included in that 1300) and don't have the full scoop (just 1/2). Will this still make me gain weight? Should I just go without it? Is there something better?

I'm using it in my program currently. I just started so I have no data about outcomes yet.0 -

No if you eat within your allocated calories you wont gain weight plus the protein will help you repair, retain the muscles you worked hard for.0
