    I was about to post the same question I just weighed in after a wek and I'm down 6 pounds!! Hopefully ill stay motivated, this is my second time trying to lose weight.

    I put on that when I went on holidays and it came straight off. Let it give you motivation to keep going, but don't expect it to continue at that rate.
