Hello from Ohio

I am very new here...only about a week and a half. About 4 years ago I was a stay at home mom, and I happened to lose about 35 lbs with hard work and determination. I lost that determination once I went back to work 3 years ago. I gained it all back and then some. I decided very recently to really try again.
I have 3 great kids who, thankfully, like the healthy stuff I've been making. I am also married and he'll like the healthy stuff no matter what. I am hoping my changes will encourage him to change his eating/lazy habits.

Anyway, that's all to there is to know about me....

    Welcome! I too am from Ohio! I've been using this site for a little over a month now and have lost 9 lbs. I have a long way to go but at least I'm headed in the right direction! Good luck to you!

    Chelleim - I'm from the Toledo area too!!

    I can't wait to get really involved in the groups. This is what helped me the last time I lost weight so I'm hoping it does the same again! All the support is wonderful!!
