Mr Miyagi on plateauing ;)

Options
When I'm stuck in a plateau, I keep telling myself that even if I don't lose weight, my body is still glad that I'm working out. That I should do it anyway because it's good for my mind, it's good cardio. The body will react to it sooner or later.

And I recently watched Karate Kid (yeah I'm kinda nostalgic).

So I made this yesterday evening!

Enjoy!

You bet. Now that I'm within the last 10ish pounds to go of my goal, it feels like someone hit the brakes on any further weight loss. I don't despair, figuring that the 1st law of thermodynamics has to still apply to me, at least so long as gravity works.

    *drops pen*

Looks like we're still good!

thanks...this helps me keep things in prospective.......I'm within 3lbs of my personal goal. Although it sometimes seems like I won't get there...at the same time I know I will. Since I'm living the lifestyle and not dieting.....my body has no choice but to keep releasing the fat. However it's doing it how and when it wants to ....but it's doing it.

Yup, just broke a 6 week plateau. Very frustrating, but 'giving up'...was never an option. I just kept doing what I was doing--had to start moving again eventually and it did.

I don't know, I sometimes think that plateaus are our bodies saying "I'm just gonna take a little break, keep going, I'll catch up later..."
