Hi! I actually just cleaned out my friends list because I found many people on there to not check in on me or see how I am doing. I find that really discouraging because I would always check in on them or comment on their exercise or food diaries, etc.

However, I do have some WONDERFUL friends... shout out to Jen ;) Who is always checking in one me! Any other friends who will do the same?
I would really love some friends who will check in on me and encourage me. Any friends out there willing to do so?
