I tried a version of this salad dressing recipe from www.salad-in-a-jar.com and it is sooo good! I didn't use as much honey to cut a few calories out. :smile:

Low-Calorie Creamy Balsamic Salad Dressing

A low-calorie dressing with nonfat Greek yogurt as the base. Light on fat, heavy on flavor.

Ingredients
•1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
•1 tablespoon light soy sauce
•1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
•1 1/2 tablespoon honey
•3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt (may substitute regular nonfat yogurt but finished product will be a little different)
•1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.

Instructions
1.Mix well. Store in refrigerator.

Notes
Makes 8 servings/2 tablespoons each.

    No problem! We had it with a baby kale salad with sunflower seeds, cucumbers, black olives, dried cranberries and fresh peach slices. It really went with that. I think it would go well with any salad with nuts and/or chicken in it.
