I recommend reading all the topics in this blog. If you think they are helpful, you can buy the book that she wrote. Its on kindle too.

No problem =) Start reading up on it now, that way you have strategies lined up BEFORE the urges come.
  • as somebody else said, eat plenty of lean protein to fill yourself up.
also, have fibre since it helps keep you fuller for longer, but make sure you dont overdo it on the carbs.
lastly dont completely restrict yourself from eating junk. once every 2 months i go to a buffet :D
or once a week have a treat meal (not a whole day binge) or snack, e.g. candy or a burger. this will fulfil the urge for foods you're missing out on.
i find that its impossible for me to completely abstain from eating certain foods so i prefer to treat myself and stop binging.

I'm also a pescetarian binge eater! Feel free to add me and look at my diary. For the moment, I have my binge eating under control -- I've had to pretty much cut out sugar and simple carbs. These trigger binge eating for me. I really missed sugar and pasta at first, by I don't really miss them anymore and I eat lots of high fiber, high protein foods so I don't get hungry.
