Wanting support

Hello!
I'm Kate. Almost 31. Canadian. I've been around here for well over a year (just recently logged my 475th day), and just LOVE the community and support. It is really the only thing that has kept me on track. I LOVE to support my friends, however I am finding that a lot of my friends aren't coming around too often any more.
I comment often, and do my best to encourage (as long as you're not an Eyor) when things get rough. I talk about a lot of things. Not just fitness or weightloss. I find a life can affect me and my eating, so sometimes a good vent is necessary, and sometimes a good giggle is necessary. It's theraputic!

Hi! I'm also almost 31 This September to be exact. I'm a mom of a crazy 3 year old and we hope more kids are in our future. I enjoy working out but loathe eating healthy. I've been better as of late; we received a food steamer for Christmas, and I try to steam almost everything I eat. I'm not looking to lose weight, just looking to maintain and tone.
My workout 4 days a week at my kickboxing gym. Each session is 60 minutes long and its a lot of cardio and interval workouts. I absolutely adore it.
I'm new to the forum bit so posting frequently may take some time.0
