Stretching/yoga

How do you enter stretching or yoga I to the data? Also, does anyone know how to count Classical Stretch, the Esmonde Technique with Miranda Shown on public TV? 25 minutes of great exercise... But how do you record it??? Thanks.

    I do Hot Yoga and Vinyassa Yoga. You can put in Hot yoga, or Power yoga on MFP. I do 75 minutes of Kick-@$$ yoga. The Hot Yoga is more calories than the Power Yoga. I put in Hot when I take a Hot class and Power when it is not a Hot Class! Keep up the yoga. It is amazing for me!
  • I do Classical Stretch all the time and I think it is the most efficient use of my time for the great results it produces. Just add some walking or running and It's all you need. It is more vigorous than just stretching or yoga, so I track it as "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort." It seems to be right, but I would like to hear other opinions.

    It's stretching. Stretching is great but there really isn't enough calorie burn to worry about logging it

    I love Classical Stretch also. I wore my Polar heart monitor and unfortunately I only burned 50 calories from it. I still value the program. The stretching is amazing!
