Just can seem to eat what I burn

For some reason I just can not seem to eat what I burn. I usually exercise around 7pm for bout an hour but I try not to eat after 6pm. I am wondering should I just surpass my calorie intake so that when I do exercise it will all even out?
But the problem is what if I my body just doesn't feel like exercising that day then I am over my calories..... what should I do?

This is happening to me, too! I have been keeping a running total of the calories I did not eat the day before and try to add them to the next day. That way, if I end up not being able to exercise, I haven't loaded up beforehand - I just don't add any calories the next day. Not sure this is working yet though. Hope you get some good ideas so I will know what to do, too!0

Some maybe even most will disagree, but this is what has been working for me I eat 1500-1600 calories every day wither I work out or not, If I do work out I do not eat them back. I have lost 9lbs in 7 weeks, and several inches. i think eating your calories back is very important if you are eating the bare min of 1200 calories a day.0

Why are you trying to not eat after 6pm, out of curiousity? There are medical studies out that prove there is no point in following a "don't eat after 7pm or whatever time because it won't digest". If that's the case, then go ahead and eat
Anyways, Maybe you should try exercising in the morning if you can .. It's easier that way for me anyways.0 -
I tend to agree with Sassy. It seems like fewer calories should be better, right, as long as you aren't entering the starvation zone of under 1200 net calories. Of course thats based on a complete lack of anything resembling an education in biochemistry, so I could definitely be wrong. :-)0
