I started the prep schedule of Turbofire on the 25th. I weighed myself 2 days ago and found I had only lost half a pound. I figured it was muscle gain throwing it off, but I'm sure everyone has thought, "well maybe I'm doing something wrong".

Then today, my husband told me that he noticed my calves were getting more defined!! Score!!! Made me happy enough to throw in a Fire 30 before my Sculpt 30 tonight!
