    Yes, he's better. They gave him antibiotics as if he had strep. But I think it was just a sore throat! We're having a great time and have the parade and fireworks tomorrow, then back home to CT on Sat. :sad: :sad:
    Hope all is well with everyone. Trying to keep up with some of the reading, but don't have that much time. What's going on with Fatsis? The poor guy just wanted to know the men to women ratio and he just got beat up! (I love you Fatsis!:heart::heart: )

    Thank you! Every year we take our family portrait on the beach on our vacation. This is the first time that I looked at all the beach photos and wasn't disgusted with what I saw. Even when I was building the CROC!

    Jenn, you look so exotic and gorgeous!! you have such a beautiful face, and it looks like you have gotten some tan too!

    be very very proud of yourself! you have really helped inspire me to keep it up,and that great things are possible! (ps i cant wait to see pics from the wedding coming up... and i cant wait to post mine from my friends wedding!)

    hahahaahahahaahahahahaahah!!!!!!! hubby and me are laughing outloud!!!!!! i honestly thought i was going to see a crocodile and the fact that it is a croc shoe is so hilarious to me!!! i looove my crocs..this is just toooo clever my dear!!!!

    Yeah! and I got beaten by a stupid octopus holding a treasure box for 1st place and didn't even get most creative????!!! a stupid banana split beat me! I didn't even get 2nd or 3rd! I worked so hard and THE ENTIRE BEACH kept coming up to me and complimenting me or they would wander up and say "I heard way down the beach that someone made a CROC, that is so cool, you're gonna win"
    Well, pfffffffffffttttttttt on them! i don't know who judged 'cause it wasn't the people walking the beach!
    IT WAS RIGGED!
    the name of my "castle" was...
    WHAT A CROC!

    this reminds me of an injustice i was done recently!

    i entered a photo contest for pets here in my town. The catagories were dogs, cats and other. I entered the Other category with this picture of my wonderful little bunny:

    i thought it was a sure thing, and i got second place to a picture of a cat&dog together! It was cute, but not nearly as cute as my friendy! i couldn't believe it. I mean i know it was a dog AND a cat, but they should not get to be in the OTHER category. I was competing against goats, horses and ferrets, things like that, so a dog and cat should be in one of those respective categories i guess? maybe im just bitter :)

    Thanks everyone! I'm back and getting back to the hum drum of my everyday life. Putting all our stuff away is just oh so fun!:grumble: :grumble:
    When I have time, I'll be making our vacation photobook. We had a great time!
