gaining inches and weight and cant figure out why

Hey guys, ive been eating 1800 calories and running/jump roping religiously every single day for the last week or so and I'm up over a pound and my inches are gaining, does anyone know what the hells up? my diary is open to you

    Your food diary looks pretty great actually, can't see any issues there. Are you weighing everything you eat accurately (I.e. with a scale, not just going by cup /spoon measurements)?

    Your calorie goal looks pretty low for an active 20 year old guy, what are your stats?

    As you are exercising daily I would suggest usin an online TDEE calculator such as Scooby's or fat2fitradio to estimate your calorie goal.

    i use a digital food scale on EVERYTHING, my diary is accurate to the gram haha.
    im about 210lbs, 5'9.
