    Toronto...every summer when I go up north to Muskoka I hope to see a moose. Let this be the year! Am I the only Canadian who has not seen a moose in the wild...or in captivity?

    We almost hit one once going from Jasper to Grand Prairie (AB)..it was scary.

    Visit the West Coast of Newfoundland - I was TERRIFIED driving through Gros Morne (although has to be top ten most beautiful places on Earth). I have never seen so many Moose. On one 3 hour drive, saw easily over a dozen of them. Easily. Usually see three or four at a time, just chilling on side of road.

    I live in Ontario (orangeville area) and have made many a Muskoka trip - I think I have seen one ever LOL

    I live in Muskoka and although it's rare to see them, every so often they pop up! Keep your eye on the swamps!

    There was one on the 400 about 2 weeks ago near Parry Sound. Traffic was stopped while they tried to get it off the highway!

    come to northern BC, moose are like rats.( big *kitten* rats with horns) ..they are everywhere. we have a momma moose and calf in our subdivision.
