Anyone ever have Achilles Tendonitis? What kind of shoes are good for it while it heals? What exercises were you able to do? I have it really bad and I'm limited to certain exercises but I don't feel like it's enough. If you're willing to share your experiences with me and help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

  • You should try using Tendonex to reduce the pain and accelerate healing. It's a new natural product that works surprisingly well for different tendonitis problems.

I had a pretty nasty go with it a few months back.
Where your running shoes from waking to asleep. Do not go barefoot or wear sandals.
Get yourself a foam roller and use it several times per day.
    Ice Ice Ice Ice Ice

Use the rolling technique in this video. (as soon as I started this, I started to heal)

After I injured my Achilles i got a pair of New Balance. In the past these shoes never worked for me but after the injury these were great! I also found FitFlops. They were pretty supportive and I was able to wear them, not all day but from a break from a sneaker.
