I have been exercising every dAY But can't seen to lose but a pound if any. I don't cheat but it is not coming off-I am 68 and wonder if age makes it harder. Do I need to change my daily count(1200)? Help-advice please?

Age does make a difference. I'm not sure of the level of activity in your workouts, but the more active you are & the more exercise you do, the more calories you need to consume, otherwise you risk starving yourself and putting your body into survival mode. I would say shoot for at least 1800-2000 calories per day.0

eat more is all i can say 1200 is not enough if you eat to little you will maybe loose weight for a little while but after that your body will hold on to what ever weight you have0
