done the 30DS? I've considered starting the program but am afraid I may still be to heavy for it to be effective and for the toning portions to make a difference with my high weight. I'm around 215 and am wondering if I should wait til I lose another 15-20 lbs before doing the program to reach full effectiveness. Anyone have any pics to share with results?
Also, can the program be done without weights? I dnt have any yet and prob wnt for a few more weeks as money is tight...

  • I love the 30 day shred. You will build muscle with it, which may not be as noticeable when you are larger (the muscle is buried), but it's still really good for you. If you build muscle your body burns more calories at rest, so it makes it easier for you to burn fat.

    I'm 235, 5'6 and on day 8 level 1 of 30 DS! I love it!!! I was afraid to start too but it's soooo worth it. The hardest part is getting started
