Hey everyone...I just started FXB last night and it kicked my *kitten*!

I was wanting to know if anyone here has done it, and how do you track your exercise? I entered that I did 30 minutes of kickboxing (the other 15 I was puking...ugh) and today we do resistance bands and I'm not sure how to track that!!

Any help would be awesome...also any fellow FXB members who can give me tips/advice would be even better! Add me!

    I've seen instructors logging it as kickboxing (with turbo jam) and use that.
