So, on the advice of some people on here I picked up a bag of Muesli. Oh my god, wow. It's great! I just pour in some milk, let it sit while I shower in the morning, and have an awesome breakfast. Considering I ride my bike to work now, its a great way to get some healthy carbs beforehand.
Anyone else eat this stuff? I thought it was a touch expensive but honestly its worth every cent.

I have never heard of Muesli before. But now I am intrigued and I think I will check it out! Thanks!0

never heard of it... cereal, porridge, oatmeal-type?? My new fav is a serving of old-fashioned oatmeal with a spoon of peanut butter, just enough sweet and lots of healthy carbs with a little protein and good fat mixed in. I have it a couple times a week for my carb-craving!0

Yup I have Alpen no added sugar muesli, its yum. I have been known to put a spoonful of peanut butter into that as well, I know its with cold milk, but give it a try!0

We used to have it when I was a teenager and I liked it then - it's very filling. Mostly oats I think but various nuts such as pecans also. I also had it served at a very expensive hotel in New Mexico, covered with different berries - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and it was truly wonderful then.0

I got the Bob's red mill brand. Basically its oats, seeds, dried fruits (dates, raisins), nuts. Then you soak them in milk for a few minutes, or heat them up like oatmeal. It is super filling; a serving is 1/4 cup with 1/2 cup milk.0
