I was looking for a better way to track my food and excercise and here I am. I love that this site has a community forum and would like to add to the support!
Last year I inspired my dad to change his diet and exercise routine. Most of his diet consisted of cheese, bread, and red meat. He has lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for over a year. For those of you who are just starting or struggling its possible!
I have some great work outs and I love nutrition...so if you need some support just ask!

I would love help figuring out how many carbs I should eat a day. They are my weakness and I'm trying to find alternatives. Any help would be appreciated. I could, also, use support if you want to add me as a friend.0
