The question is was it a good over or a bad over....the 100 quick calories is spinach leaf and veggies. Didn't feel like logging each one. Should I though? lol....
Anyways just checking other opinions.

Spinach and other veggies? Veggies aren't fattening (unless you put gobs of sauce and such on them).0 -
Can you burn some w/fitness leveling it off?0

It's 100 calories. I doubt it will impact your weight loss/maintenance.0

Going 100 calories over is not going to make or break this process for you. Definitely not a big deal. Just log it and move on!0

It happens you'll live. I went over by 1000 today. Damn. Yummy beer0

if your on a 500 calorie deficit, going over by 100 calories will put you at a 400 calorie deficit
if your on a 750 calorie deficit, going over by 100 calories will put you at a 650 calorie deficit
if your on a 1000 calorie deficit, going over by 100 calories will put you at a 900 calorie deficit
to gain fat you'd need to be over maintenance calories:
if your on a 500 calorie deficit, going over by 600 calories will put you at 100 calories over maintenance
if your on a 750 calorie deficit, going over by 850 calories will put you at 100 calories over maintenance
if your on a 1000 calorie deficit, going over by 1100 calories will put you at 100 calories over maintenance
At this rate it would take approximately 5 weeks of eating 100 calories over maintenance every day to gain a pound of fat (if I did the math correctly)

Long story short, going over by 100 calories isn't going to harm you in the long run.
I went over maintenance a few days ago and showed a 2lb loss on the scale the next day. As long as it's not an everyday thing you should be fine.0 -

So much wrong. Dietary fat and body fat are not the same thing. It is absolutely possible to gain weight on "non-fattening" foods and to lose weight on "fattening" foods. That being said, don't stress over 100 calories. Your deficit is larger than that, so you are still below TDEE, just a little less so.0 -
it wasn't spinach or veggies that took you over the edge...it was the greek sub.0

This. I eat spinach 5 times a week minimum. 100 calories of spinach is a LOT0
