Hey all, I have a quick question. If I am under my TDEE for my weekly calories, does it still count as a losing week? For example if you have a deficit of 245 a day that x 7 days a week is a total of 1715 for a weekly deficit, and you eat over your calorie goal for a couple of days during the week and your weekly calorie goal is not over 1715 is it still a losing week? Just wondering..

In theory, it should be. I always average my calories out for the week to see if I'm at a deficit. It's usually spot on unless my activity level is put in too high or too low.0

If your goal is weight loss and you have a deficit of 1700 calories for the week, congratulations... you've possibly just lost half a pound of fat. Keep up the great work!0

Yea that's what i thought too, i know you wouldnt lose as much that week if you were over your weekly calorie goal but under your weekly TDEE. Thanks0
