Hello, this is my second journey at this 'my fitness pal. I'm on a mission and am truly determined to shed this weight. All I need is inspiration and friends who are on the same journey! So please, feel free to add me! I'd love to share our pending success stories together! :)

    I've been sticking to the "diet"...strictly portion control...and have lost 18 lbs. (I have not weighed in yet today) I'm getting out and doing some running, biking, hiking, or kayaking 3-4 times a week or more. The reduced food intake alone will help you. stick to it for a solid two weeks. Don't discouraged if you don't see results in 48-72 hours. Give it a little time and don't give up.
