Insecurities are kicking in BIG TIME!

It's CRAZY how insecure I am at this point. If a super pretty girl talks to my boyfriend, I even get jealous. Then I look at myself and I'm like "Well damn, I look like ****."
But instead of complaining, I need to get it moving so I can lose this and GET CONFIDENT AGAIN!

So, how do I lose 8 pounds a month? Or more?
I'm 5'5, 170 pounds and I have a medium frame. :/
What foods do I eat? What are some low-calorie foods? What foods will make me full of energy and stronger? How much exercise do I need? How can I get a bigger butt with exercises , other than squatting of course?

    Go for a run! its hard to get used to it but you can do it!

    try to eat green stuff but most comes from he exercise. my wife gained 18 Kg during pregnancy and she lost it within 3 months! so.. you can do it!
