hi all,
im getting married this new years eve (yuppeeeee) and need some major encouragement so I feel confident and beautiful on my big day.... im the No.1 laziest person when it comes to exercise so need a kick every now and then... if your in a similar boat please add me as a friend need all the tips and advice as possible ;)

today I turn the last page on the chapter of the fat and unfit me :)
