Almost 1year but couldn't wait

Well July 17 will be my official day of 1 year of logging but I mean whats a couple days. I have made some significant changes in the way I eat and am loving it. I love where I am now and I still look forward to more changes both physically and emotionally.

Stats:
Height just over 5'9
Weight form 234lbs to 181lbs
Chest 44" to 35"
Waist 44" to 33"
Hips 50" to 43"
Thighs 28.5" to 22"

    Wow your beginning measurements are almost the exact same as mine. The only difference being that my chest is 48 not 45 but everything else is pretty much what yours is.

    Congrats on accomplishing what I am hoping to accomplish and know that there are people out there that hope to be you one day. ;)
