Weight is not budging...

What's up with this! LOL..

I work out 2x' per day (strength and cardio.. and yes, I do take a break during the week to just stretch or go on a mild walk). I am seeing lots of differences with my body, but the scale is NOT moving. And I have a calorie deficit daily! Over 200 calories at a time too. I am honest and I log everything I eat and drink.

What gives? I do need some positive support here. :)

    ^^ The scale is the biggest discouragement out there. It has derailed me a few times when I worked hard. I will admit, it is nice to see the number change, but the most important thing is seeing your shape change.
