This is my third try at trying to become a more healthier person. Everytime I try to lose weight I always lose my motivation. Hopefully you guys can help me out to keep my motivation up and I will do the same for you

I had been an athlete, and since I have aged, my knees have deteriorated. I have a hard time getting motivated, but once I get there I will do it. I will try to help as much as I can.:happy:0

Hi! I'm a supportive person who has also struggled with finding what works for me. Here's what I wrote in my forum intro...feel free to friend me if you feel you'd like a positive voice every once in a while.
Hello. I've been away from MFP for some time but I am back and want to start using it more frequently. If you would like, please read my profile to find out more about me.
For now:
-If you are someone who is interested in seeing what someone else is doing here, you are positive and you are not dependent on others for your happiness then you may want to consider following me.
-I have opened my diary, profile and blog to the public for those that are curious as to what someone else does here on MFP.
-I'm open to gaining "friends" who would like to follow my progress as little or as often as they want.
-I am currently interested in using the MFP site as a tool in my journey with food and movement rather than as a social network and will likely rarely communicate with the "friends" I make.
-When I do communicate I only post positive feedback.
-If "friends" want to communicate with me I respectfully ask that they consider posting minimal positive feedback and not taking it personally if I don't reciprocate. (Like I stated above...not really here for the social network).

Y'all can add me as well (if you like). This is my second time trying MFP. The first time I lost 15lbs in 4 weeks and I feel it is thanks to the motivational people here and a great diet and fitness plan.
I try to encourage others and congratulate every accomplishment because we all want the same thing in the end, to be healthy and happy.

Anyone is welcome to friend me as well. I've been struggling to lose for some time. One of the things that I've found that had helped keep me motivated the most is Diet Bet (http://www.dietbet.com). I do not benefit in anyway if you choose to join, I'm just passing along the link and info as it's been helping me. I'm currently involved in 5 games and staying on track. My diary is open to my friends if you want to see what's been working for me recently (disclaimer: I'm a gluten-free vegetarian currently trying to do a low carb diet, seems to be working).0
